CEIBS provides email services for Alumni. You can set it up on Outlook for desktop devices.
Important Notes:
The desktop version of Outlook that supports CEIBS email accounts is classic Outlook
. The pre-installed version of New Outlook
for Windows does not support CEIBS Alumni email accounts.
Please make sure the following Office versions are installed and working properly on your PC: Office 2016|2019|2021|2024|Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
Set up CEIBS Alumni Email

Open the classic Outlook on Windows.

Add a new account in classic Outlook. (Please go to Step 2, enter your CEIBS Alumni email address)

Set up another email account in classic Outlook.
- Click File in the top-left corner.

Go to Info, Select Add Account.

- Click File in the top-left corner.

Enter your CEIBS Alumni email address, then select and click Advanced options > Let me set up my account manually > Connect.

Select IMAP.

- Enter the server information:
- Enter Incoming mail Server:
alumniimap.ceibs.edu; - Enter Port:
993; - Select Encryption method: SSL/TLS;
- Uncheck Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA);
- Enter Outgoing mail Server:
alumnismtp.ceibs.edu; - Enter Port:
465; - Select Encryption method: SSL/TLS;
- Uncheck Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA);
- Select Next.

- Enter Incoming mail Server:
- Enter your password and select Connect.

Account successfully added. Uncheck Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too, then click Done.
