Backup Calendar or Contacts:
1. Open Outlook, find the file in the upper left corner, click on Open and Export, and then select Import/Export.
2. Select Export to a file and then click Next.
3. Select Export Outlook Data File (. pst), then click Next.
4. Select the project that needs to be backed up, and then click Next.
5. Click browse, select the path to export the file (it is recommended to export to the desktop), then change the name of the exported file, click OK, and finally click finish.
6. Finally, Set the access password for the backup file and confirm the access password.
Restore Calendar or Contacts:
1. Open Outlook, find the file in the upper left corner, click on Open and Export, and then select Import/Export.
2. Choose to import from another program or file, and then click Next.
3. Select Import Outlook Data File (. pst) and then click Next.
4. Browse the previously backed up files and click open.
5. Select the email or folder that needs to be imported, and finally click Finish.
