This guide will help you use CEIBS ChatGPT successfully, which involves setting up multi-factor authentication(MFA).

Set up multi-factor authentication - SMS method

  1. Access this site https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ in a computer browser and sign in with your CEIBS account and password.

  2. Select Security Info in the left menu. Then, select Add sign-in method in the Security info pane. 


  3. Select Phone from the list.


  4. Please select the country/region code according to your mobile number’s location, enter your mobile phone number, select Text a code for the Choose how to verify option, then click Next.


  5. Enter the verification code you received from Microsoft on your mobile phone into the page, then select Next.


  6. After verification is complete, click Done.


  7. On the Security info page, check that Sign-in method when most advisable is unavailable is Phone - text xxxxx.

    1. If it is not Phone - text xxxxx, please click Change on the right.
    2. Change the default method, select Phone - text xxxxx, then click Confirm.


  8. Setup complete.

 

Use CEIBS ChatGPT

When accessing CEIBS ChatGPT (https://ceibs-chatgpt-playground.azurewebsites.net/) in a computer browser, when verifying your CEIBS account, you need to enter the SMS verification code sent by Microsoft. The process is as follows:  

  1. Sign in with your CEIBS account on the Microsoft sign-in page, and select Text +XX XXXXXX as the verification method.

     
  2. Enter the verification code you received from Microsoft on your mobile phone into the page, then select Verify. 


  3. Successfully opened the CEIBS ChatGPT page.
