Add Calendar Permissions:

1. Open the Outlook client's calendar, and then find the calendar and click on sharing Permissions.

2. Click to Add User.

3. Search for the name of the shared person, and then click Add.

4. Click on the information of the shared person, assign permission levels to access calendars, and then click OK.

Add Shared Calendar:

1. Sharers open Outlook calendars, and then clicks to open shared calendar.

2. Search for the shared person's name or email address, and then click Open.

3. After completion, you can see the calendar content of the shared person.
