Setting up two-factor authentication

  2. Select Security Info in the left menu. Then, select Add sign-in method in the Security info pane. Select Microsoft Authenticator from the list.


  3. Since Microsoft Authenticator is already downloaded, click Next.


  4. Select Next in the Set up your account in the app window.


  5. The window for scanning the QR code appears. Please open Microsoft Authenticator on your iPhone.


  6. On your iPhone, open Microsoft Authenticator and tap Add Account -> Work or school account -> Scan QR code, then scan the QR code from the previous step.

  8. Enter the same number mentioned above in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your iPhone and tap Yes.
