CEIBS provides M365 email services, you can set it up on Outlook for desktop devices.

 

Important Notes:

CEIBS M365 email service is based on Microsoft Exchange Online cloud platform, the only desktop version of Outlook that supports CEIBS email accounts is classic Outlook. It requires an account with a Microsoft 365 A3 or higher subscription license and can be downloaded and installed from https://portal.office.com.
 
The New Outlook included with Windows does not support CEIBS M365 email accounts.

 

 

Download and install

Please refer to this tutorial for instructions on how to install the Microsoft 365 App.

 

 

Set up CEIBS Email

  1. Open the classic Outlook on Windows.

    • Add a new account in classic Outlook. (Please go to Step 2, enter CEIBS M365 email address)

    • Set up another email account in classic Outlook.

      1. Select File.


      2. Go to Info, Select Add Account.


  2. Enter the CEIBS M365 Email address and select Connect.


  3. On the Microsoft sign‑in page that appears, enter the correct password and click Sign in.


  4. Prompt: Sign in to all apps...? Select No, this app only.


  5. Account successfully added. Uncheck Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too, then click Done.


  6. Setup complete.
