This guide supports Mail version is 9.1



Configure Exchange email client (intranet or internet)


·    Open Mail (click it on the Dock or open it from the Applications folder)

·     If the first using mail, please check add account directly

·    If the Welcome to Mail assistant does not appear, choose Preferences from the Mail menu




·          From the pop-up window, Choose + to create an account then select Exchange







·          Fill in the Full Name (Email display name), Email address, and Password fields.





Note: Your email account password will be stored in Keychain and used automatically to login to your email account when you open Mail.

·          Click Continue and wait for server auto-discover




·          Click Done to complete the process.
