Our email system which is based on Microsoft Exchange Server support POP3/SMTP, IMAP, WEB Mail and Microsoft MAPI client. Here we just introduce you how to set up POP3/SMTP account in your email client and using Microsoft Outlook 2007 is our suggestion. 

Configuration information for POP3/SMTP or IMAP/SMTP
POP3/IMAP server:
SMTP server:
Outgoing mail server requires authentication


Configure POP3/SMTP email client (for Microsoft Outlook 2007)

Start Microsoft Outlook 2007click “Accounts Settings” from “Tools” on the menu bar;


2.Click “New” on the “E-mail” tab;



3.Click “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP,or HTTP”, and then click “Next”;


4.Click to select the “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” check box, and then click “Next” ;


5.Click “Internet E-mail”, and then click "Next";


6. Type your CEIBS Account information and POP3/SMTP server information mentioned at top of this guide. And then click “More Settings” ;


7.Click to select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” check box and click “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” on the “Outgoing Server” tab. Then click “Ok”.




8.Click “Finish”.



9. Highlight the CEIBS e-mail account and click  Set as Default” to make this account as your default e-mail account if you want to send from this account by default. Click “Close” to finish the account setting.
