Backup - Before Mailbox Moving

1. Click File in the upper-left corner of the Outlook interface

2. Click Open & Export, and click Import/Export

3. Choose Export to a file, and click Next

4. Choose Outlook Data File (.pst), and click Next

5. Click the first row contains your email address, and click Next

6. Browse the path to save your data file, and click Finish

7. Click OK

8. Check the data file you saved

Restore - After Mailbox Moving

1. Click File again on the Outlook interface

2. Click Open & Export, and click Import/Export

3. Choose Import from another program or file, and click Next

4. Choose Outlook Data File(.pst), and click Next

5. Browse the backup file and click Next

6. Click Finish
