Spam is unsolicited email, (usually) commercial bulk email. CEIBS IT provides solution against spam for our students. IronPort is the e-mail filter used by CEIBS. It blocks unsolicited messages, phishing scams and malware sending to your mailbox, while still allowing you to access the messages if you want. Filters automatically run on your e-mail account from the moment the account is created. If any of the messages in "IronPort Spam Quarantine Notification" mail are not spam, click the Release link to have them sent to your Inbox. Please click HERE for the detail.

What's more, you can refer to the section "IT Environment Security" in "IT Service Introduction " to learn more about the phishing mail. Once you received this kind of message, just delete it or send it to IT Staff for a check. It is sure that a stable and secure IT Environment can be achieved with the efforts from every one of us.
