IT support service is only provided for computers based on Microsoft Windows OS series. Licensed Windows 2000 or Windows XP system should be installed on your PC. In principle, IT support service is only provided for the PC installed with Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP or above. Windows XP Professional Edition license renting service is provided for MBA students.

The CEIBS IT Support team provides students with PC support services, such as those for Internet accessing, email system, printing, generic office software, and etc. In principle, any services of system installation and software installation are only provided to student personal computers installed with licensed Windows XP. Software used to install should be licensed and be prepared by student himself, except Windows XP Professional Edition if the student has leased the license from school. The IT Support team also provides PC hardware diagnosing, but the maintenance and repair of PC hardware is beyond the service scope.

CEIBS requires that students use licensed software. If a student’s PC needs to be reinstalled due to system problems, although system reinstallation is beyond the range of the school IT services, software used to system reinstalling should be licensed and be prepared by the student himself, except the Windows XP Professional Edition if the student has leased the license from school.
