At CEIBS, IT services are provided by a number of other campus departments besides Information Centre. For many of these services, Information Centre serves as a technical partner, but the other units serve as functional owners and offer the service to customers.

MBA Department: Supports MBA admission and student online system such as MBA Intranet and related online application for the MBA students.

CDC Department: Supports CDC programs for the MBA students such as Online CV Writing and Placement Sign-up System.

Alumni Association: Supports CEIBS Alumni Community and alumni life-long mailbox.

The Library: Supports online information resources and catalogs.
